Funding the future, September 19,2016 an interactive thought exchange between the students and the guest speakers DevJaising and Poulmi Dave. The session was on crowd funding. Crowd Funding came in Indian market for about 10 years back. Crowd funding was introduced in St. Xavier’s College with lot more eclectic and enthusiasm by the speakers. They were told about the background, functionality and the validity of Crowd funding. Crowd funding is the use of small amounts of capital from a large number of individuals to finance a new business venture. But how this can be used in practical entrepreneurship and its techniques were revealed in this session.
